We are committed to providing quality services to clients and strive to offer an atmosphere of respect and dignity to all clients. You may contact us at the center at 949-409-5075 during regular business hours 9:00 am-5:00 pm. This number does not accept text messages.
We do not provide emergency psychiatric care or intensive psychiatric treatment. If you need these urgent services, please call 911, visit a local emergency room or call a 24 hour emergency hotline such as the National Suicide Prevention and Mental Health Crisis Lifeline at 1800-273-TALK to receive the immediate help you need.
Fees & Payment:
Fees are detailed under the rates/services page. Limited sliding scale slots are available. We welcome discussions related to fees and work to offer services at a rate that is comfortable for you. In the event, we are unable to work together referrals to our therapy partners will be provided.
Payment: Payment for services is typically done through our electronic health record Therapy Notes. Prior to starting services you will be assisted with setting up documents so that our time together is focused on your treatment. Co-payments or cash-pay payments are due on the day services are provided.
Insurance Accepted: UBH/Optum/UHC/Oscar, Cigna/Evernorth, Aetna, ComPsych Managed Care & Lifeworks.
No Show Policy: We kindly request a 24-hour notice should you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. If an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice, the session is charged at a reduced rate of $50.00
Cash paying clients have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" or a GFE explaining how much your psychological care will cost. Under the new law (2023), health care providers need to give newly established clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for services.
You have the right to receive a GFE for the total expected cost of any services. This included related cost for therapy, psychological evaluations, and diagnostic evaluations.
If you meet criteria, we will provide this GFE prior to your first scheduled session.If you receive a bill that is at least $400.00 more than your GFE indicates, you have the right to dispute the bill.
